1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Elite Caddie («the App»), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service («Terms»). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Anvixion Digital Design («we», «us», «our»).
2. Description of Service
Elite Caddie is a mobile application that provides AI-powered golf coaching, swing analysis, rangefinder tools, scorecard management, and caddie simulation. The App is available in free and paid tiers.
The App is designed as a personal improvement tool. It does not constitute professional golf instruction or certified coaching.
3. AI Disclaimer
All analysis, advice, club recommendations, and coaching content generated by the App is produced by artificial intelligence models (Google Gemini). This content:
- Is for personal improvement purposes only.
- Does not replace professional instruction from a certified golf coach.
- May contain errors or inaccuracies.
- Should not be relied upon in official competitions — always defer to the referee or committee for rules decisions.
We are not liable for any physical injury or performance outcome resulting from following AI-generated advice.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers the following paid plans:
- Gold — $9.99/month or $95.90/year ($7.99/month equivalent).
- Platinum — $14.99/month or $143.90/year ($11.99/month equivalent).
- Round Pass — $49.99 one-time consumable (full caddie for one 18-hole round).
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings.
Round Pass purchases are non-refundable once the round has been activated. Payments are processed by RevenueCat through Apple App Store or Google Play.
5. Free Tier & Registration
The App is fully functional for unregistered users with the following limitations: 1 free swing analysis (requires registration to unlock), basic Academy content, and basic Rangefinder (1 free wind analysis).
Registration is optional and serves exclusively to save your history and enable personalized coaching. We do not require registration for basic use.
6. Rules Finder — Legal Disclaimer
The Rules Finder feature provides AI-generated interpretations of golf rules for reference purposes only. All responses include a mandatory disclaimer: «Orientative only. In official competition, always defer to the referee or committee.»
We make no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of rules interpretations to specific on-course situations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content within the App — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — is the property of Anvixion Digital Design or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the App.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the App.
- Share your account credentials with other users.
- Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or systems.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anvixion Digital Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately and your data will be deleted within 30 days.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
