Elite Caddie lets you permanently delete your account and all associated data directly from the app, at any time — no need to contact support.
How to delete your account (in-app)
- Open Elite Caddie and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm by tapping Delete Forever.
If the app asks you to sign in again first, this is a standard security check (Firebase requires a recent login before permanently deleting an account) — simply sign out, sign back in, and repeat the steps above.
What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes your account, swing history, rounds, green notes, and caddie memory. This action cannot be undone. Your data is fully removed from our servers within 30 days.
Subscriptions
Active subscriptions (Gold, Platinum) are managed by Google Play or the Apple App Store and are not automatically cancelled when you delete your account. Please cancel any active subscription separately through your Google Play or App Store account settings to avoid future charges.
Can’t access the app?
If you’re unable to sign in or use the in-app deletion flow, email privacy@elitecaddiegolf.com from the address associated with your account and we will process your deletion request manually.
